Terms of Service

1. The service

Yumepi lets you read and play interactive stories and create your own story worlds from your ideas and pictures. You must accept these Terms and the Yumepi Privacy Notice when you create an account. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the features that require one.

2. Stories are written by AI

Story replies, suggestions, picture readings and artwork in Yumepi are produced by generative AI. Characters are not real people and no person at Yumepi writes their replies. AI output can be wrong, invented, repetitive or similar to other output. It is fiction, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice; do not rely on it for real decisions.

3. Who may use Yumepi

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, or at least 16 if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or older if the law where you live requires it. You enter your date of birth once at sign-up; it is used only for age checks and cannot be changed in the app afterwards. If it was entered incorrectly, contact contact@oberil.com. Content for adults is not available in Yumepi; any future adult content would require separate, stronger age verification.

4. Your account

Use your own sign-in account, keep it secure and do not share, sell or lend it. You are responsible for activity on your account. The name you choose for stories must not impersonate others or contain slurs or sexual expressions.

5. Your creations

Your drafts, writing, pictures and published worlds remain yours. You give Oberil LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, process, display and distribute them as needed to run Yumepi, show your published worlds to other users, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Unpublished drafts and private test chats are visible only to you. You may only upload pictures you have the right to use, and you remain responsible for the world you choose to publish, even where AI helped write it.

6. What is not allowed

• Sexual content involving minors or characters who appear to be minors (zero tolerance; reported to the authorities).
• Sexualising, defaming, harassing, deepfaking or exposing private information about real people.
• Promoting terrorism, hate, graphic cruelty, self-harm or suicide, or illegal drugs, weapons or gambling.
• Infringing copyright, trademarks or publicity rights.
• Jailbreaking or extracting the AI’s instructions, scraping or automating the service, attacking its security, or collecting output to train other AI models.
• Sharing or selling accounts, abusing rewards or refunds, running several accounts to collect benefits, or misstating your age.

7. Moderation and restrictions

We may review reported or flagged content, remove or unpublish it, and warn, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, considering severity, intent and history. We tell you what was affected, which rule applies and how to appeal, except where urgent safety or legal reasons require acting first. You can appeal within 14 days by emailing contact@oberil.com.

8. AI requests and payments

Some actions use AI requests from a free daily allowance shown in the app. Yumepi currently sells nothing. If paid features are added, their price and what they use will be shown before you buy, refund rights required by law will apply, and app-store purchases will follow Apple or Google refund rules.

9. Changes to the service and these Terms

Yumepi may pause for maintenance, outages or AI-provider failures. We announce changes to these Terms in the app at least 7 days before they apply, or 30 days for changes that are worse for you, and ask you to accept them again where required. If Yumepi closes, we give at least 30 days’ notice.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using Yumepi at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email support@oberil.com from your sign-in address. We delete your account information except what the law or an open dispute requires us to keep, as described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Liability

Yumepi is provided as available. To the extent the law where you live allows, Oberil LLC is not liable for losses caused by relying on AI output or by interruptions it did not cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, whose courts you may also use. Questions: support@oberil.com; legal and privacy: contact@oberil.com.
