Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible

Oberil LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is responsible for personal information processed in Yumepi. Privacy contact: contact@oberil.com.

2. What we collect

• Account: your Google sign-in identifier and email address.
• Sign-up: your date of birth, country (from your device region), the name characters call you, which versions of these documents you accepted and when, and whether you agreed to promotional messages and when.
• Your creations: drafts, story outlines, characters, titles, chosen art styles and published worlds.
• Pictures you choose: the picture you select for a world, stored privately. We read it for story ideas and never use it to identify people.
• Story chats: your messages and story replies in private tests and stories you play.
• AI usage records: which AI feature ran, when, whether it succeeded and the allowance used.
• Technical data: app version, error logs and IP address at request time.

3. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, check age eligibility, run the stories and creation features you ask for, keep fair usage limits, prevent abuse, fix faults, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Promotional messages are sent only if you agreed to them.

4. Who processes it for us

• Supabase (database and sign-in) and Cloudflare R2 (picture storage).
• AI model providers, which receive only the text or picture needed for the feature you requested and return the result.
• Google, for sign-in.
• Your published worlds are visible to other users; private drafts, pictures and chats are not.

5. AI training and advertising

Yumepi does not train its own AI models on your content. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising, and Yumepi uses no third-party advertising trackers.

6. How long we keep it

• Account, drafts and published worlds: until you delete them or close your account.
• Pictures: until the draft that uses them is deleted.
• Story chats: until you delete them or close your account.
• Agreement and consent records, and date of birth: until your account is closed, longer only for an open dispute or legal duty.
• Abuse-prevention records: 90 days after account closure. Access logs: 3 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, withdraw optional consents and object to processing where the law allows, by emailing contact@oberil.com. Residents of the EEA and UK have GDPR rights including complaining to a supervisory authority; residents of Korea have rights under the Personal Information Protection Act; California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights.

8. Children

Yumepi is not for children under 14, or under 16 in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age, we close it and delete its information. Parents and guardians can contact contact@oberil.com.

9. Sensitive information

Do not put ID numbers, health details, card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information into stories or chats; Yumepi does not need it.

10. Security and changes

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service. We announce material changes to this notice in the app before they take effect.
