Promotional Messages

1. Optional
Agreeing to promotional messages is optional. You can use every part of Yumepi without it.
2. What you may receive
News about new stories, features and events from Yumepi, by app notification or email to your sign-in address.
3. What we use
Your sign-in email address, your device notification token if you allow notifications, and the record of when you agreed or withdrew.
4. Withdrawing
You can turn promotional messages off at any time in Profile in the app or by emailing support@oberil.com. Your choice and its time are recorded.
5. Night-time messages
Where the law requires it (for example in Korea between 21:00 and 08:00), we send promotional notifications at night only with separate consent.
6. Not promotional
Messages about your account, your stories’ progress, security or changes to our terms are service messages and are not covered by this consent.
